Cartoon Snowman

I was trying to find a way to turn a simple image of some wrapping paper into what appeared to be an old, color, cartoon snowman image.

Wrapping paper image taken in black and white. Blurred the edges of the image a bit and sharpened the center. Colored in the hat, scarf, nose and skis.
